Beef Koftas
2 Person - Beef Koftas
1. Preheat oven to 200℃ fan bake.

2. Wash and peel potatoes. Slice into quarters and place in a bowl. Add oil and toss to coat.
|
3. Spread out on a greased oven tray and cook for 40 minutes, or until tender and golden.
|
4. Place the mince in a large bowl with the breadcrumbs, egg and 1 mince seasoning mix, plus 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. Mix together with your hands until well combined.
|
5. Scoop out heaped tablespoon sized portions of mince, and roll into logs, or shape logs around popsicle sticks, or skewers.
|
6. Line or grease a baking tray. Place the koftas on a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes at the top of the oven.
|
7. Thinly slice the cabbage and red onion and grate the carrot. Mix in a bowl together, and add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
