Replace the corn chips with baked tortilla wedges for a lower fat option. Preheat oven to 160º Fan bake. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake in the oven for around 5 minutes or until just starting to turn brown. Remove from oven and let cool. They will harden as they cool.
Serve with your favourite sauce (e.g. sweet chilli) or serve with lite sour cream or crème fraîche.
