Health Tip: Replace the corn chips with baked tortilla wedges for a lower fat option. Preheat oven to 160º Fan bake. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake in the oven for around 5 minutes or until just starting to turn brown. Remove from oven and let cool. They will harden as they cool. Variation: Serve with your favourite sauce (e.g. sweet chilli) or serve with lite sour cream or crème fraîche.
